General Policies


1. Charges Not Included in the Rate

  • Environmental Tax: A charge will be generated per night per room. This tax will be charged in local currency. 

2. Cancellations

Cancellations without penalty must be made before the start of the check-in day. For example:

  • If check-in is January 1st and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days in advance, cancellation must be made before 11:59 p.m. on December 29th.
  • Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

3. Early Check-Out or No Show

Early check-out or no-show will result in a penalty of 100%of the total reservation. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

4. Reservation Modification

Non-Refundablereservations do not allow date or name changes. Extending the reservation implies maintaining the original policies and restrictions. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out. For flexible bookings with partial or full refunds for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 10 business daysof the corresponding request and confirmation.

6. Important Information

  • Stay extensionsrequire a new reservation.
  • All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking;
  • Availability of accommodation for additional guests is not guaranteed.
  • The price does not include additional charges for hotel services (minibar, telephone calls, etc.), taxes or other regulatory surcharges. These charges will be determined at check-out.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

By making your reservation, you agree that any associated transaction feesand service fees are non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation of your reservation, these fees will not be refunded as they correspond to services processed at the time of confirmation.


Force Majeure Policy


1. Natural Disaster

A return certificatewill be issued, valid for unused nights, within 1 calendar year. This certificate is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and is subject to availability and restrictions.

2. Natural Disaster Alert

There will be no penalty for date changes until 72 hoursafter the alert is issued.

3. No Shows

There will be no penalty from the time the alert is issued until 5 daysafter the hotel resumes normal operations.

4. Rescheduling

The original fare will be guaranteed for travel within one year of the original booking date. Rescheduling must be within 30 days of the natural disaster, subject to seasonal restrictions.

5. Changes to the Policy

This policy may be subject to change without notice.
