The charge for No show or cancellation penalties according to the policy will be automatically debited from the credit card entered to generate the reservation.
Upon check-in, guests must present a photo identification and the credit card used on the website for full payment or as a guarantee.
(1) Cancellations:
The deadline for canceling without penalty begins at the start of the check-in day. For example, if check-in is on January 1st and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days before, cancellation must be made before 11:59 pm on December 29th.

(2) Early Departure or No Show:
Early departure or no show will result in cancellation and a 100% penalty.

(3) Reservation Modification:
"Non-Refundable" reservations do not allow changes to dates or names.
Extending the reservation implies extending the original policies and restrictions.

(4) Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
In flexible reservations with full or partial refund for cancellations, they will be processed within 10 business days after the request and corresponding confirmation.
(5) Important:
Extensions of stay require a new reservation.
All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking; otherwise, additional costs may be incurred at check-in.
Availability of accommodation in the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
Guests under 18 years old can only check in with an official parent or guardian.
The price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or phone calls, etc.), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges at check-out.
Natural Disaster:
Certificate for valid return for unused nights within 1 calendar year.
Non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
Subject to availability and restrictions.
Natural Disaster Alert:
No penalty for date changes within 72 hours after the alert.
No Shows:
No penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the hotel normalization.
Early Departure:
Early departure without sanctions, receiving a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
Rescheduling:
Original rate guarantee for trips within 1 year after the original date.
Must be rescheduled within 30 days after the natural disaster, applying seasonal restrictions.
Policy Changes:
The policy is subject to change without prior notice.
